Abstract

Testosterone and 5 alpha-dihydrotestosterone (5 alpha-DHT) were able to mimic the action of oestradiol-17 beta in initiating implantation in ovariectomized, progesterone-treated mice. Cyproterone acetate and CI-628 were capable of inhibiting the testosterone-induced response, but CI-628 citrate prevented only the 5 alpha-DHT-mediated implantation reaction. It is suggested that testosterone acts through testosterone and oestrogen receptors while 5 alpha-DHT acts only through oestrogen receptors.

摘要

睾酮和5α-二氢睾酮(5α-DHT)能够模拟17β-雌二醇在去卵巢、经孕酮处理的小鼠中启动着床的作用。醋酸环丙孕酮和CI-628能够抑制睾酮诱导的反应,但柠檬酸CI-628仅能阻止5α-DHT介导的着床反应。提示睾酮通过睾酮和雌激素受体发挥作用,而5α-DHT仅通过雌激素受体发挥作用。
