A new fluorescence method for pH determination inside the cells using the phenomenon of "fluorochromasia" has been developed, that makes it possible to measure intracellular pH changes in both a single cell *by means of cytofluorimeter) and in a population of cells (by means of fluorimeter) in the pH range below 7.4 within the accuracy of 0.1 unit of pH. It is most advisable to use this method for studying effects of different agents inducing fast shifts in the intracellular pH.
已开发出一种利用“荧光变色”现象测定细胞内pH值的新荧光方法,该方法能够在pH范围低于7.4且精度为0.1个pH单位的情况下,通过细胞荧光计测量单个细胞内的pH变化,并通过荧光计测量细胞群体内的pH变化。使用该方法研究诱导细胞内pH快速变化的不同试剂的作用最为合适。
