In the present investigation the fractions obtained from lysosomal proteins of human peripheral blood granulocytes were analysed morphologically. In the analysis a column with DEAE-cellulose and ultracentrifugation in stepwise saccharose were employed. Electro-microscopic examinations of every fraction of lysosomes pointed to their morphological differences; the highest contents of lysosomal bags was noted in fraction number III. Correlations between activity of "indicatory" enzymes and content of protein and bactericidal activity in four studied fractions were discovered.
