Clomipramine was compared with placebo in the prevention of migraine headache. Both treatments reduced the frequency of attack markedly but there was no significant difference between the two. The severity of the attack was reduced in both cases but not significantly. The duration of attack was not affected. Significantly more side-effects were seen in the clomipramine group.
比较了氯米帕明与安慰剂预防偏头痛的效果。两种治疗方法均显著降低了发作频率，但两者之间无显著差异。两种情况下发作的严重程度均有所降低，但不显著。发作持续时间未受影响。氯米帕明组出现的副作用明显更多。
