[Treatment of the neurogenic detrusor-sphincter dyssynergy with lioresal].

A double-blind placebo trial was taken with Lioresal, and antispasticity drug acting on the spinal cord level. The drug produced improvement of voiding function in 13 paraplegics with upper motor neuron lesions and detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia. As a main result, the opening time was reduced.
