Twenty-eight patients who had cataract and corneal scarring were operated on with combined penetrating graft, cataract extraction, and lens implantation (group A); 20 patients who had aphakic corneal dystrophy or dystrophy caused by intraocular lens received simultaneous penetrating graft, vitrectomy, and lens implantation or revision of the intraocular lens (group B). Group B had more severe disorders and more complicated surgery, and therefore poorer visual results than group A.
28例患有白内障和角膜瘢痕的患者接受了穿透性角膜移植、白内障摘除和晶状体植入联合手术（A组）；20例无晶状体性角膜营养不良或人工晶状体引起的营养不良患者同时接受了穿透性角膜移植、玻璃体切除术和晶状体植入或人工晶状体翻修术（B组）。B组疾病更严重，手术更复杂，因此视觉效果比A组差。
