We have used an enzyme immunoassay method to measure serum levels of gentamicin in neonates according to gestational age, birth weight, dosage and intervals of intramuscular injections. Peak, predose serum levels and half-life decrease when gestational age increase. For the same gestational age, peak serum levels decrease in small weight neonates. Toxic postdose serum levels were obtained in preterm neonates with a daily regimen exceeding 5 mg/kg. Serum concentration monitoring of gentamicin is recommended to ensure adequate dosage and interval of injections.
我们采用酶免疫测定法,根据胎龄、出生体重、剂量及肌肉注射间隔,来测定新生儿血清中的庆大霉素水平。随着胎龄增加,峰值、给药前血清水平及半衰期均降低。对于相同胎龄的新生儿,体重较小者的血清峰值水平降低。每日给药方案超过5mg/kg的早产儿出现了给药后中毒血清水平。建议对庆大霉素进行血清浓度监测,以确保给药剂量及注射间隔合适。
