Abstract

ATP accumulated in the enriched with cytoplasmic membranes particles, isolated from rat skeletal muscles, after incubation of the particles in the medium containing insulin. After boiling in a water-bath of the particulate fraction supernatants, incubated in the presence of insulin, total content of creatine was increased in the particles and the content of 1-14C creatine in the medium was decreased.

从大鼠骨骼肌分离得到的富含细胞质膜的颗粒,在含有胰岛素的培养基中孵育后,ATP会在这些颗粒中积累。在胰岛素存在的情况下对颗粒部分的上清液进行水浴煮沸后,颗粒中肌酸的总含量增加,而培养基中1-14C肌酸的含量降低。
