It is reported on the behaviour of the fasting serum levels of the free fatty acids and the free glycerol in patients with hyper- and hypothyroidism. The two parameters were significantly increased in hyperfunction of the thyroid gland, whereas a decrease was found in hypofunction. The possible causes are discussed with the help of literature.
本文报道了甲状腺功能亢进和减退患者空腹血清游离脂肪酸和游离甘油水平的变化情况。甲状腺功能亢进时，这两个参数显著升高；而甲状腺功能减退时，则出现下降。文中结合文献对可能的原因进行了讨论。
