Vascular reactivity to intracutaneously injected histamine phosphate was examined in both the normal and affected skin of 50 patients with atopic dermatitis and 30 patients with allergic contact dermatitis. Reduced histamine reactions occurred consistently in the slightly lichenified skin of patients with atopic dermatitis and in skin sites of allergic contact dermatitis. The normal skin of patients with atopic dermatitis usually showed normal erythematous reactions to intracutaneously injected histamine. It seems likely that the reduced histamine reaction seen in the lesions of atopic dermatitis is a secondary phenomenon.
对50例特应性皮炎患者和30例过敏性接触性皮炎患者的正常皮肤及患部皮肤进行了皮内注射磷酸组胺后的血管反应性检查。特应性皮炎患者轻度苔藓化皮肤以及过敏性接触性皮炎的皮损部位组胺反应持续减弱。特应性皮炎患者的正常皮肤对皮内注射组胺通常表现出正常的红斑反应。特应性皮炎皮损处所见的组胺反应减弱似乎是一种继发现象。
