Na-DS disc electrophoresis of mitochondrial membrane proteins of cereals on polyacrylamide plates resulted in 37 to 44 subunits with molecular weights ranging from 10 000 to 300 000. The high affinity of electrophoretic patterns of the mitochondrial membranes of rye, oats and two selectively different wheat varieties and their identicity in 3- and 10-day-old sprouts and roots are indicative of evolutionary and functional stability of this protein group.
对谷物线粒体膜蛋白在聚丙烯酰胺平板上进行钠-十二烷基硫酸钠圆盘电泳，结果显示有37至44个亚基，分子量在10000至300000之间。黑麦、燕麦以及两个选择性不同的小麦品种的线粒体膜电泳图谱具有高亲和力，并且在3日龄和10日龄的芽和根中具有一致性，这表明该蛋白质组具有进化和功能稳定性。
