Ten patients with postoperative infections were treated intramuscularly with netilmicin, a new aminoglycoside. Netilmicin was administered either with or without antibiotics. The overall cure rate was 60%. No adverse reaction was appeared in 10 patients during the course of the treatment.
10例术后感染患者接受了新氨基糖苷类药物奈替米星的肌肉注射治疗。奈替米星给药时联用或未联用抗生素。总治愈率为60%。10例患者在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。
