Abstract
Fluorescein gonioangiography was performed in 4 eyes of 4 patients with ocular sarcoidosis and in an eye of a patient with presumptive tuberculous anterior uveitis. Small discrete whitish lesions in the ciliary body band near the iris root showed hyperfluorescent shortly after fluorescein injection. These hyperfluorescence dots seemed to be pathognomonic changes in cases with granulomatous uveitis.

对4例眼部结节病患者的4只眼以及1例疑似结核性前葡萄膜炎患者的1只眼进行了荧光素眼底血管造影。在虹膜根部附近的睫状体带中可见小的、散在的白色病变，在注射荧光素后不久显示出高荧光。这些高荧光点似乎是肉芽肿性葡萄膜炎病例的特征性改变。
