Resorptive hip arthropathy in hemophilia.

Hip involvement is unusual in patients with hemophilia. Radiographic findings range from soft-tissue swelling and growth abnormalities to cartilage damage and osteoarthritis. Two patients are presented in whom severe bone resorption followed these more usual findings.
