Abstract

A case of calcified cerebral hydatid cyst recently treated in our neurosurgical service is reported. The frequency of calcified cerebral hydatid cyst (CCHC) is less than 1% of cerebral hydatid cysts. A review of the literature disclosed 13 cases of calcified cerebral hydatid cysts. The clinical presentation and radiological findings are discussed. The present case is, to the best of our knowledge, the first case studied by computerized tomography.

本文报告了我院神经外科近期治疗的一例钙化性脑包虫囊肿病例。钙化性脑包虫囊肿（CCHC）在脑包虫囊肿中的发生率低于1%。文献回顾发现了13例钙化性脑包虫囊肿病例。本文讨论了其临床表现及影像学检查结果。就我们所知，本病例是首例通过计算机断层扫描进行研究的病例。
