Abstract
The concentration of pp' DDT given intraperitoneally in rats was determined in different brain regions. Maximum accumulation of pp' DDT was found in the corpus striatum, followed by cerebellum and cerebral cortex in that order; following pretreatment with paraoxon the concentrations of pp' DDT were increased in all brain regions studied

测定了大鼠腹腔注射pp’-滴滴涕（pp’-DDT）后在不同脑区中的浓度。发现pp’-DDT在纹状体中的蓄积量最大，其次依次为小脑和大脑皮层；用对氧磷预处理后，在所研究的所有脑区中pp’-DDT的浓度均升高。
