Evaluation of single-dose vincristine, actinomycin D, and cyclophosphamide in childhood solid tumors.

Bolus chemotherapy with vincristine, actinomycin D, and cyclophosphamide was administered to 31 patients with solid tumors. Among 12 patients with measurable disease who had not received prior treatment, a complete response was achieved in one with Ewing's sarcoma and a partial response was achieved in another with rhabdomyosarcoma. The dose-limiting toxicity was granulocytopenia.
