Abstract
Prooxidants, CCl (1 mg/kg) and alloxan (160 mg/kg), increase the intensity of spontaneous chemiluminescence of the rat blood serum by 50-100% after 72 and 48 h, respectively. The injection of antioxidant, tocopheryl acetate (100 mg/kg) 15 min after the prooxidant treatment normalizes the chemiluminescence of blood serum.

促氧化剂四氯化碳（1毫克/千克）和四氧嘧啶（160毫克/千克）分别在72小时和48小时后，使大鼠血清的自发化学发光强度增加50%-100%。在促氧化剂处理15分钟后注射抗氧化剂醋酸生育酚（100毫克/千克）可使血清化学发光恢复正常。
