Abstract
Biopsy specimens of sarcoid skin lesions from nine patients with sarcoidosis were examined for the presence of immunoglobulins, complement (C3 and C4), and fibrinogen. Granulomas in all skin lesions were positive only for fibrinogen. The literature relating to the immunohistochemistry of sarcoidosis is reviewed and its significance discussed.

对9例结节病患者的结节性皮肤病变活检标本进行了免疫球蛋白、补体（C3和C4）及纤维蛋白原检测。所有皮肤病变中的肉芽肿仅纤维蛋白原呈阳性。本文回顾了结节病免疫组织化学的相关文献并讨论了其意义。
