Abstract

Non-specific cytotoxicity of peripheral lymphocytes from healthy subjects was observed by stimulation of PHA and PWM. Peripheral lymphocytes from patients with reheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease was cytotoxic against 51Cr labelled cultured heart cells in vitro.
