Pancreatic ascites in children is extremely rare, but is usually due to trauma. We report the case of a 15-year-old girl with massive pancreatic ascites due to a leaking chronic pseudocyst of unknown cause. It was treated by resection of the pseudocyst, distal pancreatectomy, and retrograde drainage of a dilated and tortuous residual ductal system by Roux-en-Y pancreaticojejunostomy.
儿童胰源性腹水极为罕见，但通常由外伤引起。我们报告一例15岁女孩，因不明原因的慢性假性囊肿渗漏导致大量胰源性腹水。通过切除假性囊肿、远端胰腺切除术以及采用Roux-en-Y胰空肠吻合术对扩张迂曲的残余导管系统进行逆行引流对其进行了治疗。
