A case of hypervitaminosis A in a 43-year-old woman is presented. The patient had only dermatologic symptoms. The dermatitis had resemblance to contact dermatitis or pellagra. The patient had been eating 100,000 I.U. of vitamin A daily every 2 months for approximately 15 months. The dermatitis disappeared slowly after stopping the intake of vitamin A.
报告一例43岁女性维生素A过多症。该患者仅有皮肤症状。皮炎类似接触性皮炎或糙皮病。该患者每2个月每天服用100,000国际单位维生素A,持续约15个月。停止摄入维生素A后,皮炎逐渐消退。
