A case of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid from the parotid gland in a 61-year-old woman is presented. Open biopsy of the cervical lymphadenopathy revealed the metastatic lesion of squamous cell carcinoma in the nodes. Histopathological examination of extirpated eyelid tumor also showed secondary squamous cell carcinoma probably from the squamous cell carcinoma in the parotid gland. Including this case presented here, 3 reported cases of the metastatic tumor from the parotid gland are mentioned and discussed.
本文报告了一例61岁女性腮腺来源的眼睑转移性鳞状细胞癌病例。颈部淋巴结肿大的开放性活检显示淋巴结中有鳞状细胞癌转移灶。切除的眼睑肿瘤组织病理学检查也显示继发性鳞状细胞癌，可能来源于腮腺的鳞状细胞癌。包括本文所呈现的该病例，提及并讨论了3例已报道的腮腺来源的转移瘤病例。
