The investigation of food consumption survey of 15 years old girls was undertaken. The daily intake of energy and some nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) was calculated on the base of food consumption and food composition tables. The survey was conducted in selected months of 1979. The food consumption was recorded on 10 days menus. The intake of different foodstuffs was calculated as fresh raw material excluding waste. The energy and nutrients consumed were compared with the recommended daily allowances. It has been shown, that daily recommendations for energy, proteins, fats and carbohydrates were met, however the abnormal structure of consumed proteins and fats were observed.
对15岁女孩的食物消费调查展开。根据食物消费情况和食物成分表计算出每日能量及部分营养素(蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物)的摄入量。该调查于1979年选定的几个月进行。食物消费记录在10天的菜单上。不同食物的摄入量按新鲜原料计算,不包括废弃物。将所摄入的能量和营养素与每日推荐摄入量进行比较。结果显示,能量、蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的每日推荐量均得到满足,但观察到所摄入蛋白质和脂肪的结构异常。
