Abstract
A new instrument was constructed to improve the Tru-Cut needle biopsy technique. With the aid of this instrument the biopsy procedure could be carried out with one hand, and as the movements of the Tru-Cut obturator and cannula were automatized, better tissue specimens were obtained. All biopsies could thus be performed by one examiner under dynamic ultrasonic control.

为改进Tru-Cut针活检技术，研制了一种新仪器。借助该仪器，活检操作可用一只手完成，且由于Tru-Cut针芯和套管的移动实现了自动化，因而能获取更好的组织标本。这样，所有活检均可由一名检查者在动态超声控制下进行。
