Parameters of systemic and intracardial hemodynamics studied in relation to gas exchange and respiratory functions of the blood in sheep under conditions of low altitude and stable nutrition revealed normal oxyhemoglobin in arterial and mixed venous blood and increase of respiration rate with low pulmonary ventilation. Systemic hemodynamics in low altitude sheep involved low pulse pressure due to a high diastolic component occurring because of an increased tone of peripheral vessels. Changes of temporal parameters of systolic periods due to an increased heart rate, are different in the two ventricles.
在低海拔和营养稳定的条件下,对绵羊的全身和心内血流动力学参数与气体交换及血液呼吸功能进行研究,结果显示动脉血和混合静脉血中的氧合血红蛋白正常,且肺通气量低时呼吸频率增加。低海拔绵羊的全身血流动力学表现为脉压较低,这是由于外周血管张力增加导致舒张压成分升高所致。由于心率增加,两个心室收缩期的时间参数变化有所不同。
