[A case of atypical juvenile osteonecrosis in the medial femoral condyle].

A case of a special spontaneous osteonecrosis of the medial femoral condyle in a juvenile patient is described according to its clinical and roentgenological findings. This type of osteonecrosis has not been described yet to our knowledge. Possible pathogenetic factors are discussed in accordance to the literature. The spontaneous healing without further treatment is of special interest to our opinion as far as this case is concerned.
