Male breast carcinoma is uncommon. It is estimated that 900 cases will occur in 1982, in contrast to 100,000 new cases of female breast cancer during the same period. Only four cases of choroidal metastases from male breast carcinoma have been reported previously. To our knowledge, this is the first case report demonstrating simultaneously occurring bilateral choroidal metastases from a primary male breast carcinoma.
