Three patients, with celiac axis compression syndrome who were treated surgically, are presented. All patients improved and remained asymptomatic postoperatively. Angiographic evidence of compression of the celiac axis was present. Patients should be selected for surgery carefully. Those with epigastric postprandial pain, weight loss, angiographic evidence of compression of celiac axis by median arcuate ligament and epigastric bruit are considered suitable.
本文报告了3例接受手术治疗的腹腔干压迫综合征患者。所有患者术后均有改善且无症状。存在腹腔干受压的血管造影证据。应谨慎选择手术患者。那些有上腹部餐后疼痛、体重减轻、血管造影显示腹腔干被正中弓状韧带压迫及上腹部血管杂音的患者被认为适合手术。
