Cancer diagnosis for localized tumors before any metastasis appears, or early diagnosis, could diminish from 60% to 50% the cancer deaths. The author describes the individual medical examination for early diagnosis and makes some comments about the causes of delay which depend on the patients, physicians, and disease itself, the medical administration and the economical possibilities.
