Abstract

The resistance to the passage of the fetus during labour has been estimated indirectly by calculation of the total area below the intrauterine pressure curve (total uterine impulse) in two periods during the first stage of labour. A good correlation was found between the total uterine impulse from a cervical dilatation of 5 to 10 cm, the outcome of the second stage of labour and the Apgar score at one minute.

分娩时胎儿通过产道的阻力已通过计算第一产程两个阶段子宫内压力曲线下方的总面积（总子宫冲动）进行间接估计。发现宫颈扩张5至10厘米时的总子宫冲动、第二产程的结果与1分钟时的阿氏评分之间存在良好的相关性。
