Abstract
The content of 17 beta-estradiol in cytosol of guinea pig and human estrogen-sensitive tissues was determined by radioimmunoassay. The evaluation of accuracy and precision of the obtained data confirms reliability of the assay. The present study has some methodical advantages.

采用放射免疫分析法测定了豚鼠和人类雌激素敏感组织胞液中17β-雌二醇的含量。对所得数据的准确性和精密度评估证实了该测定方法的可靠性。本研究具有一些方法学上的优势。
