[Omnizole in the treatment of dairy cattle. Report by the Group Practice of Veterinarians in Diessen].

A trial was made in two herds of cattle over a period of twelve months. The total number of animals was approximately 500, fifty per cent being treated with Omnizole post partum and the other fifty per cent remaining untreated. A markedly positive effect on the milk yield was observed in heifers following treatment. Treatment was ineffective in the other animals.
