[Television recording and demonstration of open surgical procedures with a new system (author's transl)].

Our first experiences with taping of open surgical interventions using TUR teaching attachment adapted to a TV-camera is reported. Successful attempts to film in deep surgical wounds with an optic for laparascopy adapted to a teaching attachment in connection with a TV-camera are reported. The equipment does not interfere with the surgeon and there are no problems with sterility. The image quality is sufficient for demonstrating even small details.
