Conditioned avoidance responses in rats increase the noradrenaline expenditure in forebrain. The animals which reproduce no conditioned response after learning as well as the animals with ECS-induced retrograde amnesia preserve the noradrenergic terminals reaction as well as the emotional component of the conditioned response. The extinction of the emotional component by repeated testing or diazepam administration decreases the noradrenergic terminals activation. The data obtained support the view of the noradrenergic system participation in emotional--defensive behaviour.
大鼠的条件性回避反应会增加前脑去甲肾上腺素的消耗。学习后不产生条件反应的动物以及患有电休克诱导逆行性遗忘症的动物,其去甲肾上腺素能神经末梢反应以及条件反应的情绪成分均得以保留。通过反复测试或给予地西泮使情绪成分消退,会降低去甲肾上腺素能神经末梢的激活。所获得的数据支持去甲肾上腺素能系统参与情绪防御行为的观点。
