In this study the author adopts a definite attitude to the diagnostic evidence of the urethrocystography in the urinary incontinence of the female. In these cases female patients were controlled before and after the stress incontinence operation as well as before and during the conservative treatment of the urge-urinary incontinence. As criteria for the evaluation the inclination angle of the urethra, the pubourethral angle and the posterior vesico-urethral angle were used. The final urethrocystographic findings as well as the parameters after the therapy were statistically treated and discussed with the results of literature.
在本研究中，作者对女性尿失禁患者尿道膀胱造影的诊断证据持明确态度。在这些病例中，对压力性尿失禁手术前后以及急迫性尿失禁保守治疗前后及治疗期间的女性患者进行了对照。以尿道倾斜角、耻骨尿道角和膀胱后尿道角作为评估标准。对最终的尿道膀胱造影结果以及治疗后的参数进行了统计学处理，并与文献结果进行了讨论。
