Abstract
In operations near the internal genitalia it is important to prevent adhesions if fertility is to be preserved. As animal experiments and clinical experience have shown a fibrinolysin can be use for prevention of adhesions. In operations on the tube for restoring fertility and during chromolaparoscopy one should use a fibrinolysin, or example Varidase, and a cortisone derivative.
摘要
在靠近内生殖器的手术中，若要保留生育能力，预防粘连很重要。正如动物实验和临床经验所示，纤维蛋白溶酶可用于预防粘连。在输卵管恢复生育功能的手术以及染色腹腔镜检查期间，应使用纤维蛋白溶酶，例如链激酶，以及一种皮质酮衍生物。
