A patient treated for open angle glaucoma during six years with levoepinephrine with conjuctival melanin deposits is presented. The histopathologic study shows that the deposits are in cystic cavities, presenting characteristic tinetorial qualities. The biomicroscopic aspect for an accurate diagnosis is emphasized.
