Abstract
Four patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma are described. Except for low dose prednisone therapy in 1 patient, none of these patients had received immunosuppressive therapy prior to the lymphoma. This present series and literature review suggests an increased incidence of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in SLE.

本文描述了4例患有系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）并伴有非霍奇金淋巴瘤的患者。除1例患者接受低剂量泼尼松治疗外，这些患者在患淋巴瘤之前均未接受过免疫抑制治疗。本系列病例及文献综述表明，SLE患者中非霍奇金淋巴瘤的发病率有所增加。
