Abstract
Findings of the electron-microscopic examination of the jejunal mucous membrane in 16 patients with primary malabsorption of a group of 41 patients are reported. It is referred to the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of this examination for patients with native sprue and hypogammaglobulinaemic sprue.

报告了对41例患者中的16例原发性吸收不良患者空肠黏膜进行电子显微镜检查的结果。探讨了该检查对真性口炎性腹泻和低丙种球蛋白血症性口炎性腹泻患者的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。
