Abstract

A wringer injury with a compound "fracture" dislocation of the trapezium treated with single Kirschner-wire axial-fixation to the proximal second metacarpal is discussed. Full return of function was present at one year with minimal traumatic arthritis. A hamate hook fracture also healed without complications and without excision.

讨论了一例采用单根克氏针轴向固定至第二掌骨近端治疗的大多角骨复合“骨折”脱位的拧干机损伤。一年时功能完全恢复，创伤性关节炎轻微。钩骨钩骨折也顺利愈合，未出现并发症，也未进行切除。
