Abstract
A patient is reported with successful clinical recanalization of a thrombosed saphenous vein interposition graft in the superficial femoral vein after civilian injury. Primary repair of venous injuries may prevent both initial acute venous hypertension as well as the development of chronic venous insufficiency.
