Abstract

Using the results of a retrospective study, Finsterer's subtotal gastrectomy for treating the so-called "non resectable" duodenal ulcer is discussed. Especially when the hepato-duodenal ligament is affected, the Finsterer operation can be regarded as a suitable up-to-date method.

利用一项回顾性研究的结果，对芬斯特勒尔治疗所谓“不可切除”十二指肠溃疡的胃次全切除术进行了讨论。特别是当肝十二指肠韧带受到影响时，芬斯特勒尔手术可被视为一种合适的现代方法。
