[Clinical picture and diagnosis of chronic renal insufficiency (author's transl)].

In the first part of the paper, a survey is given concerning clinical symptoms and signs, with regard to the stage of chronic renal insufficiency. In the second part, diagnostic measures evaluating disturbed renal function and basic renal disease, are discussed.
