In the period between 1966 and 1976, a total of 53 cases with neoplasms of the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses underwent radiological treatment. The 5-year-survival rate for all tumors of all stages amounted to 34.6%. Local recurrences appeared in 54%. The present cases are compared and analysed reviewing their special anatomic extension, clinical symptomatics, histology and classification. The radiotherapeutic proceeding is described.
