In 100 urologic cases, disposable suprapubic catheters were used instead of transurethral catheters. We report on bacteriuria, the time of catheter drainage, possible infections of the urinary tract and spermiducts, as well as on residual urine. Drainage of the bladder being the only purpose of a catheter, we nowadays prefer suprapubic drainage.
在100例泌尿外科病例中，使用一次性耻骨上导尿管替代经尿道导尿管。我们报告了菌尿症、导尿管引流时间、泌尿道和输精管可能发生的感染以及残余尿量。由于导尿管的唯一目的是膀胱引流，我们现在更倾向于耻骨上引流。
