Abstract
Neuropsychiatrical symptoms occurring during the disease caused by burning are dealt with. Neuropathological alterations lying in the basis of these symptoms are discussed. Oedema of the brain observed in 7 cases out of 9 analysed neuropathologically is described in detail. Considering literary data and findings in the observed cases authors believe, that oedema of the brain plays a role in the mortality caused by burning.
摘要
对烧伤所致疾病过程中出现的神经精神症状进行了探讨。讨论了这些症状所基于的神经病理学改变。对9例经神经病理学分析的病例中7例观察到的脑肿胀进行了详细描述。结合文献资料及观察病例的发现，作者认为脑肿胀在烧伤致死中起作用。
