The treatment of 615 elderly and senile patients with medial fractures of the femoral neck is analyzed. The average age of the patients was 76. In spite of the age and concomitant diseases, 487 patients were subjected to operations. The character of the operation depended on the kind of fracture. Remote results were studied in 210 patients within the period of 5 years. Union of fractures was observed in 200 patients.
对615例老年和高龄股骨颈内侧骨折患者的治疗情况进行了分析。患者的平均年龄为76岁。尽管患者年龄较大且伴有其他疾病，但仍有487例患者接受了手术。手术方式取决于骨折类型。对210例患者在5年期间的远期结果进行了研究。观察到200例患者骨折愈合。
