The paper documents the necessity of study into food tastes and the nutrition pattern in multifactorial appraisal of the miners' health status. Use was made of a questionnaire enabling one to reveal the features of the nutrition regimen, individual food tastes and habits, and biorhythmological aspects. The application of such a questionnaire within the frames of multifactorial appraisal is an attempt to elucidate the relationship between nutrition aspects and disease risk. The data obtained indicate the prospectiveness of studying the features of nutrition during examination of tension and premorbid conditions.
