A case report of a 77-year-old woman with gallbladder perforation is presented. Perihepatic abscess formation was detected on radionuclide cholescintigraphy and abdominal ultrasonography. A perihepatic "halo" with nonvisualization of the gallbladder on radionuclide cholescintigraphy should suggest the diagnosis preoperatively.
本文报告一例77岁胆囊穿孔女性患者。放射性核素肝胆闪烁显像及腹部超声检查发现肝周脓肿形成。放射性核素肝胆闪烁显像显示肝周“晕圈”且胆囊不显影，术前应提示该诊断。
